The organizer of the "Recommend us to a friend" program is Commerz Globalpay GmbH (Commerz Globalpay), Elsa-Brändström-Str. 10-12, 50668 Cologne, Germany
You can participate in the "Recommend us to a friend" program if you are an existing Commerz Globalpay customer who successfully recruits new interested parties. Self-promotion is not permitted. Commerz Globalpay employees and its sales and cooperation partners are not eligible to participate.
The recruited prospective customer must be a new customer of Commerz Globalpay, i.e. they must not have had a business relationship with Commerz Globalpay in the last 12 months.
Prerequisite for participation are complete details of the Commerz Globalpay existing customer and the prospective customer. The Commerz Globalpay existing customer inserts these data into the contact form on our customers recruit customers site, confirming the Terms of Participation and agreeing on Commerz Globalpay’s Privacy Policies und use of data.
For every successful referral of a prospective customer (product sale of an EVO PAY POS terminal with a minimum contract term of 24 months or an EVO E-PAY MOTO/ecommerce payment solution with a minimum contract term of 18 months), we will release the terminal rental and service fee for 3 months each for the Commerz Globalpay existing customer.
Any number of interested parties can be recruited by the Commerz Globalpay existing customer. The terminal rental and service fee for existing Commerz Globalpay customers is waived once per recruited prospective customer for a period of 3 months.
The advertising Commerz Globalpay existing customer is not entitled to act on behalf of Commerz Globalpay. Under no circumstances will the advertising Commerz Globalpay existing customer be entitled to accept offers, make or receive declarations on behalf of Commerz Globalpay.
Commerz Globalpay disapproves of any form of unfair influence. The advertising Commerz Globalpay existing customer must refrain from making untrue claims and false statements about Commerz Globalpay products, in particular about the respective contract conditions. Apart from this postcard or the aforementioned website, the advertising Commerz Globalpay existing customer may only use brands, trademarks, logos and product designations of Commerz Globalpay if and to the extent that written consent has been obtained from Commerz Globalpay or the third party.
Cash payment of the prize and recourse to the courts are excluded.
